Business models don’t last as long as they used to. Historically, CEOs have managed a single business model over their entire careers. Even today, while business and design communities talk about product and service innovation, no one is getting to the heart of the issue. It’s not just about creating new, sustainable product lines, it’s about innovating the way a company creates, delivers, and captures value.
