“Scouting” the Competition

Daniel Cronyn is the director of consumer marketing at TheLadders. Besides a passion for creative direct-response campaigns and analysis, he spends his time tracking down obscure music events and even more obscure food choices across New York City.

Thank you very much, can’t wait for it to come available.

  • K. Denaro

I am looking forward to it!

Neat stuff and saves time when viewing positions.

Way too intrusive… I wouldn’t like to be profiled and tracked in this manner even though this tool will track my job applications anonymously.

As a professional job seeker, how I “fair” against the competition in these categories is less interesting than the following suggested data:

    1) Duration of job posting on the site
    2) Internal search status (“none” or “in progress”)
    3) Employer’s hiring time frame
    4) Job posting history (last date posted, duration of last posting)
    5) Relocation compensation availability

I suggest that this information be accessible even to basic members. It will provide a greater level of decision support as we consider opportunities presented by the Ladders.

I would like to see how it will work. That will be a great tool. Please roll it out.

  • Moura

It really a good news. Lets all Hope to see how it will materialized.
